The 10,000 Hours system
Great players are built, hour by hour
Mastery is earned through consistent training and effort. At Oasis every hour counts, and every level reflects the work you’ve put in.
Earn your level
Five levels, one jersey at a time
Earned, not given
Anyone can sign up. Not everyone levels up. At Oasis, players rise through consistency, discipline and real work over time. The jersey you wear reflects the hours you’ve earned, not the hype. No shortcuts. No handouts.
