Rain & Severe Weather Condition Policy
Exceptional cancellation due to rain or severe weather condition, acts of God, storms, is not considered as a cancellation by Oasis Futsal Academy LLC.
Should the Oasis Futsal Academy LLC programs be cancelled (for an entire session), Oasis Futsal Academy LLC will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever triggered directly or indirectly by a program cancellation.
Oasis Futsal Academy LLC will take reasonable alternative decisions such as rescheduling and/or renting Indoor facilities, according to availability.
Photo Release
The Participant, and the Parent(s) or Guardian(s), if the Participant is a minor child, grant authorization to the Oasis Futsal Academy LLC to use photographs of the Participant for publicity purposes including website, social media and print advertising content.
