Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your registration, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must discuss your situation directly with the academy director. Once the session has taken place, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Rain & Severe Weather Condition Policy
Exceptional cancellation due to rain or severe weather condition, acts of God, storms, is not considered as a cancellation by Oasis Futsal Academy LLC. Should the Oasis Futsal Academy LLC programs be cancelled (for an entire session), Oasis Futsal Academy LLC will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever triggered directly or indirectly by a program cancellation. Oasis Futsal Academy LLC will take reasonable alternative decisions such as rescheduling and/or renting Indoor facilities, according to availability.

Personal commitments (that were not communicated beforehand)

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your refund is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

At the discretion of the Academy Director, a credit may be issued given your extenuating circumstance which you may use for future sessions with the Oasis Futsal Academy LLC.
