3. QuickBooks Integration (Third-Party Data Sharing)

  • Bank account login credentials
  • Payroll, tax filings, or employee data

3.2 Minimum Necessary Access

We only request the minimum QuickBooks API scopes required to perform accounting-related functions. We do not access or store unnecessary data.

3.3 User Consent and Authorization

QuickBooks access requires explicit authorization using Intuit’s secure OAuth system.
By connecting your account, you consent to:

  • Allow OFA to exchange accounting-related data with QuickBooks
  • Allow OFA to store relevant accounting data needed for operations

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration through QuickBooks.

3.4 Revoking Access

If you revoke authorization:

  • OFA will immediately lose access to QuickBooks data
  • We will not receive new updates from QuickBooks
  • You may request deletion of any stored QuickBooks-linked data (see Section 8)

3.5 Security of QuickBooks Data

  • All data exchanged with QuickBooks is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • OFA does not store QuickBooks usernames, passwords, or raw credentials
  • OAuth tokens are stored securely and protected with strict access controls
  • Only authorized OFA personnel may access QuickBooks-related data

4. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by QuickBooks or other secure payment gateways. These third-party providers handle your financial information according to their own privacy and security standards.

OFA never stores full credit card numbers or bank account credentials.


5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, beacons, and similar technologies for:

  • OAuth tokens are retained only while the integration is active
