Oasis Staff

Any team is only as good as the sum of its parts. Thankfully, we are blessed to have so many talented individuals that make us deliver on our programs each week. Thank you to our directors, coaches, ops staff, and more!

Director

Antoine Esber is the founder of Oasis Futsal. He drives the vision of creating a modernized “club-neutral” training environment. Raised in Miami, Duke University Alumnus, Ex. JP Morgan Investment Bank (NYC), Ex. Director of Peak Football Group (Australia).

Head Coach

Yifrank Gonzalez is an exceptionally talented coach with a focus on ball mastery & footwork along with futsal team tactics. He has extensive playing experience and is majoring in Sports Management at Florida International University.

Marcus Martin is an ex. professional soccer player having in experience in the 5th division in Spain & the 3rd division in Czech Republic. As a coach he is known for his focus on individual skill-work & conditioning.

Carlos Gonzalez hails from Colombia, where football has been a part of him since day one. He has played, coached, worked in professional sports media, and even refereed—all to remain close to the game. Now at Oasis, he gets to share that passion every day.

Richie Benedetti started playing soccer at age 6 in Colombia and never looked back. He is proud to have played collegiate soccer at FMU, and is now turning his passion into purpose. He’s here to pass on everything he’s learned—on and off the field—to the next generation.

Leyla Molina is a 2022 Puerto Rico National Team player with collegiate experience at Alabama A&M, Lynn University, and currently FIU. With a deep passion for the game and a strong playing background, she brings high-level insight, energy, and leadership to the coaching team, helping athletes grow both technically and mentally on the field.

Luis Viloria has played and watched soccer his whole life and is a fan. He played semi-professional soccer in the States and has always focused his training on improving both on and off the ball.

Rao Rosales was born in Chile & has been playing soccer for as long as he can remember. His passion for the sport began with his father, who introduced him to their favorite team. A lifelong fan of FC Barcelona, Rao admires their playing style and adaptability. After club soccer ended, he decided to become a coach to share his knowledge with young players, helping them grow and develop a deeper love for the game. That is why he joined Oasis.

Natalie Galvin has played soccer from a young age, competing with top club teams that reached the state semifinals and spending all four years on varsity in high school. After tearing her ACL, she shifted her focus to coaching—bringing the same love for the game to helping players grow in confidence and develop their own playing style.

Nina Muelle is a Miami native of Cuban and Peruvian descent. She has over 9 years of playing experience and has a strong passion for the game and all the lessons it has to teach. As a coach she aims to connect with the kids and push them to their full potential.

Bryan Sanchez is a Miami product of Peruvian decent, experienced playing academy soccer in Texas for MLS side FC Dallas, trailing for various professional clubs in Peru as well as USLL1 teams in the states, his passion for playing transcends to helping the next generation reach their biggest dreams

Alex Arbide is a sports management major at the University of Miami. “Cameraman” as they call him is a highly skilled photographer, and content creator for our social media accounts. He’s what makes Oasis’ Instagram the best youth sports page!

Enrollment Team

Milah Schrader is of Venezuelan and Colombian descent, born in Miami and raised in Colombia, where she grew up playing soccer. She recently graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Psychology and brings her love for the sport and people into her role at Oasis. As a sales representative, Milah is passionate about connecting with families and helping young athletes find the right opportunities to grow, train, and thrive on and off the field.

Rafael Velasco-Astete was born in Peru but has lived his whole life in Spain, where he discovered his passion for futsal at a young age. He started playing at 7, and the sport has been a meaningful part of his life ever since. Now, he enjoys sharing his experience with younger players, motivated by their growth on and off the court while learning values like teamwork and self-confidence. For him, every session is a chance to bring positive energy and stay connected to the game he loves.

Pedro Santa is a 23-year-old with a multicultural background and a lifelong passion for soccer, having played the game since the age of four. He recently joined the enrollment team at Oasis Futsal Academy, where he brings both his love for the sport and his understanding of player development to support families and athletes.

Angelina Rotela hails from Costa Rica and has always had a passion for sports and working with kids. Being part of the Oasis Futsal team has been a fun and rewarding experience for her. She helps coach the younger players, focusing on building their confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. Although she didn’t grow up playing soccer competitively, she has been around the sport her whole life and truly enjoys bringing positive energy to every session.

Software Engineer

Miguel Restrepo is the poster boy for the Oasis “role-model” brand. Founder of FIU club soccer, a highly talented player himself, and an aspiring computer science major makes him uniquely skilled to run the engineering side of our organization.

Academy Coach

Hannah Light is originally from New York and moved to Florida to play soccer and study exercise and sports science at Nova Southeastern University. Hannah wants to help kids grow on the futsal court, and help them gain more knowledge overall about becoming a high level player.

Arthur Oliveira is a Brazilian soccer sensation and one of the most talented players to come through the Oasis program, as well as one of its strongest coaches. His energy and passion for performance training have been crucial in shaping the Oasis culture, characterized by loud, high-energy sessions focused on ball mastery. Arthur’s contagious attitude inspires both his fellow coaches and students alike.

Sponsorships

Alejandro Echeverria graduated from the University of Michigan with a major in Sports Management. He has experience in managing sponsorship contracts with the Miami Dolphins and now does so for Oasis with other local businesses.
