Oasis Futsal Academy – QuickBooks Integration
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Oasis Futsal Academy (“OFA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any software features, services, or integrations provided by OFA, including those that connect to Intuit QuickBooks, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use OFA’s systems or the QuickBooks Integration.
1. License Grant
OFA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the QuickBooks Integration solely in connection with your interactions and transactions with Oasis Futsal Academy.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the integration in any way.
2. Use of Third-Party Services
The QuickBooks Integration relies on services provided by Intuit Inc.
Your use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s own terms, including but not limited to:
- Intuit Terms of Service
- Intuit Developer Terms
- Intuit Privacy Policy
OFA is not responsible for changes, limitations, outages, or restrictions imposed by Intuit.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration, billing, or accounting-related processes
- Use the integration only for lawful purposes
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify OFA immediately of any unauthorized access
You may not use the integration for fraudulent or harmful activity.
4. Data Usage & Privacy
By using the integration, you authorize OFA to exchange necessary data with Intuit QuickBooks, including but not limited to:
- Contact information
- Billing information
- Transaction data
- Enrollment or subscription data
Data is processed in accordance with the Oasis Futsal Academy Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the QuickBooks Integration at any time if:
- You violate this Agreement
- We detect suspicious activity
- We are required to comply with Intuit policies or legal obligations
- We decide to discontinue the integration
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement are revoked.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The QuickBooks Integration is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
OFA does not warrant that:
- The integration will be error-free
- The service will be uninterrupted
- The integration will remain compatible with future QuickBooks versions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFA is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Service downtime
- Financial losses
- Unauthorized access
- Indirect or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the integration is to stop using it.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update or revise this Agreement at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the integration constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
